Volleyball Jump Training
Volleyball jump training is very important if you want to be a good volleyball player either on the sand or on the hard court. If you can't jump high, you won't be successful. So in order to jump higher you need to follow a jump training program designed to help you increase your vertical jump for volleyball.
I'm not saying that you will be able to jump as high as Ty Loomis after a few weeks but you can add 10 inches to you vertical jump height in a few weeks! Imagine being able to jump ten inches higher! It would mean that you could spike over the people that are blocking you right now.
